Golf

Established in 1925, Shady Hollow is a picturesque hidden gem in Northeast Ohio. With 6,799 yards from the Blue Tees and Course Rating of 72.7, our golf course is a challenge for players of all abilities. Our green complexes and green speed are incredible, while the playing conditions are always outstanding and consistent. We completed a full bunker renovation in 2019 along with extensive tree removal in 2019-2020. William F. Mitchell was the original designer of our course with two redesigns: in 1950 by Ron Force and in 1990 by Brian Huntley. Along with our beautiful golf course, Shady Hollow offers a full-service golf shop, large practice range, chipping area and putting green.

The Course

What makes Shady Hollow so special is the willingness of members to accept new members into their golf groups. Therefore, you can come out any day and join a group for a game. Although most of our members choose to ride the golf course, you do have the option to walk.
